“The house was in a quiet rural setting, but close to everything we needed. Watching the horses across the road was so relaxing.”

The *huge* backyard and fun gameroom were hits with our teen boys, and my wife and I enjoyed the spacious kitchen.Communication with the hosts was seamless, with prompt responses to any question. ”

“Liberty, MO.was unseasonably cold (February) the week were in town. The host was very responsive when I reached out to fix drafty areas due to air conditioning units in windows Thank you.”

“We did not realize the Property Manager lived on the 3rd floor of the home, and parked in the driveway. It wasn’t too much of an issue, was just a shock when we arrived and saw the side door was open and there were people working on her private stairwell. Location is a short drive to downtown - do not recommend walking in the neighborhood, although we felt safe enough outside on the property. Beautiful home, very large rooms. ”

“This place was very quaint. It’s a little hard to move around the kitchen area but it’s possible. The upstairs has enough space for everyone to be in their own space and they utilize the space well. They make sure you have enough fans and heaters. The bathroom is stocked and I am sure if you are missing anything they would be glad to help. Would stay again ”

“I had a wonderful time staying at the Cozy Cottage. The house is so charming, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean! The surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful. I also loved how close it was to the city and several shops and restaurants I wanted to visit. I will absolutely be booking another stay in the future!”

“Clean house, rooms are as advertised. Kitchen was stocked sufficiently for cooking for nine although we did purchase (and leave) some extra silverware. I gave the location a 3 star as parts of the neighborhood were a bit rough on the weekend, but the neighbors close by were very quiet, nice and respectful. Overall, we would rent again.”
