“The owner is really nice! My room, bathroom, kitchen, dining and the entire house is very clean! I was a little nervous when I arrived in front of the door but she gave me a warm welcome! Free bottled water in the refrigerator, k-cup coffee and microwave were so useful for me! It’s 5 mins away from the Convention Center by car so that the area was pretty quiet. There’s no shops around the property but other than that, I really enjoyed relaxing!”

“we stayed for a wrestling tournament, the house was conveniently located near the arena. The house had everything we needed and we definitely enjoyed our stay. would recommend the house to anyone looking to stay in the Kansas City or Independence area.”

“The house was perfect for our stay and visit to KC. Super close to the Royals and Chiefs stadiums. Made our visits very easy. Getting around KC is easy. Independence is super cute and great little coffee shops to visit. Was fun to be close to Truman’s house as well. The house was perfect for everything we needed. Beds were comfy and a welcome to come back to after long tourist days. ”

“Found this beautiful home with all the accommodations I was looking for, pool, pool table, theater, very spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and communication was easy with the owner. I love that they also allow small parties as several of my family members in town wanted to stop by with well wishes. “We did not realize the Property Manager lived on the 3rd floor of the home, and parked in the driveway. It wasn’t too much of an issue, was just a shock when we arrived and saw the side door was open and there were people working on her private stairwell. Location is a short drive to downtown - do not recommend walking in the neighborhood, although we felt safe enough outside on the property. Beautiful home, very large rooms. ”
