“We have wanted to get up to the Pine Creek Valley to bicycle thru the PA Grand Canyon gorge. The cabin was perfect with the bike trail on one side of the property and river on the other. It turned out to be a little chilly to be on the trail everyday but the days we got in were perfect. ”

“This A frame house was amazing. The owner paid excellent attention to detail and made the whole experience (even in dead of winter…) really enjoyable! Will be staying there again!”

“I planned on spending my birthday in happy valley and searched all over for a place, then I found Lakewood cottage. I talked it over with the other couple that came with and it was an easy yes for the 4 of us. The place wasn’t far from the stadium and easy to get to. It was clean and tidy and overall an amazing stay for the weekend. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This wooden cabin was perfect for our small family. It was well equpped for cooking. We brought water for drinking/cooking but the owner also provided it We came after the heavy rain so the access to the river was hard for us, the ground was very wet on the shore. ”
