“Great place and great position on the front . We only stayed two nights and said we would go out to eat on the second night but could not decide on were to go so ate at the hotel for the second time and i have to say that both nights were exceptional food wise . Room was clean and had everything we needed . The hotel decor and furniture were well chosen . The staff were hard working and very charming we have to give a big shout out to Morgan who kept us talking most of our first night , good……

“We had a wonderful time at Copper Beech. The room was perfect for the three of us, with everything we could possibly need, and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in a very long time! “The area was very convenient and had a lovely view of the river. Perfect for access to the city centre. The room itself was clean, just like the photos and they did a great service of the room as we stayed two nights. Although the area is convenient, be aware it does mean there's noise from traffic all night long. The parking situation was unclear when booking and lead to us receiving a parking ticket. And in our room in particular, the shower was almost unusable. ”

“Waste of my time submitting a review you so r post? Hotels.com? A waste of time.Turned up at our hotel and the entry code didn’t work. Because someone had changed the lock. Rang the number given on the email and spoke to a very unhelpful man who said he couldn’t do anything for me unless I had an eight figure code which I had to get from Hotel.com. I tried searching the emails while he was on the line but had no 4G coverage so couldn’t open the attachments. Rang the given number again twice and……
