“I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”

“0 bad things to say about this place. The rooms were cleaned everyday, staff were helpful. Check in process was easy (make sure you follow the email sent to you) Location is perfect, 5-10min walk to queensboro Plaza station which would take you anywhere, uptown or downtown. I went solo, and I was super happy. I’ll be staying here again”

“This is a really nice place to stay in the lower east side. Spacious and clean!”

“We couldn't believe the size of the place. Huge bedrooms with high ceilings. We appreciated the space it allowed each of us. The location could not be better and was really close to the Bryant Park train and so walkable to a ton of things. I appreciated that there were door codes for the building and the apartment so my friend and I weren't having to pass a key back and forth. The building was well kept and the apartment itself was absolutely beautiful. I especially loved the plaque on the door……

The check-in process through the app was seamless, and having a code to enter both the building and the room is absolutely top tier—no fumbling with keys after a long day of travel. “Spacious (for Midtown NYC) two bedroom unit on the top floor of a historic building. Easy check-in using a digital key pads both for the building and apartment. Great location near Times Square. Two nice sized TVs in each room. Beds were not the most comfortable, but were fine for a quick stay. The bathroom door does not lock or fully close, so no ideal for privacy. Lastly, only three people are allowed in the elevator at a time, so not ideal since this unit is on the top floor (12th) and……
