"Reception little bit rude, have to improve customer service and smiles are lacking. Should learn more how to smile with all customers would be good. Room air conditioning not enough. Not enough water pressure in shower room."

"Catarina at the front desk was so lovely. Loved having Wild Buns in the lobby bar. In the heat the walk to the attractions was rough, but the hotel itself is nice."
