“Enjoyed my stay it was my first but not the last ”

“The room was cleaned visibly but when we open drawer there was garbage in them and the furniture was no dusted. Good thing I had Lysol wipes. Besides that it was fine. I would still go again. ”

“When I first arrived to the room, it smelled like smoke and as well as very musty. The people at the front desk were quick to correct this and housekeeping freshen the whole room up and re-vacuumed. So my several nights there were pleasant.”

“It’s very nice good spacious room very close to everything only thing the room is grand I love the little bed next to the king size bed and my view But the toilet is a little out dated not the hotel just my preference everything new and great aesthetic should have a new toilet as well And Wi-Fi there is no Wi-Fi unless your a Marriott member which if you stay at Marriotts through out the year great but myself that only stays onde in a blue doesn’t really interest me ”

“We came down to check out at 10:30 in the morning. I paid a cash deposit. They can't check out until they check the room. The front desk told me 5 minutes but made me wait for almost half an hour. Halfway through, I asked her how long it would take because I had to go to a meeting urgently. She gave me a very nonchalant attitude. It was already 11:10 when I got the deposit. What made me very unhappy was that I was the only one who wanted to check out. Do you want me to wait for half an hour in……
