“We stayed at the newly renovated motel, where owner David was friendly and helpful. The charming motel was perfect for our last-minute trip to enjoy the foliage at Mt. Greylock. They served spiked apple cider, a wide selection of local beers, and canned seltzer at their bar. We went to a cozy old-fashioned restaurant just 10 minutes away for dinner. They also offer a fire pit with wood and s'mores at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, we were too tired to enjoy it after our hike, but the motel……

“I was pleasantly surprised in how well well-maintained this property was. Beautiful decor, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable bed and linens. We were in a king room with a little deck off the back. It was just lovely to sit outside and have a glass of wine. Check in and check out was a breeze and this adorable hotel is in a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. ”

“Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. "Worst motel ever. the front desk lady is extremely rude. It was a very cold night, the bed blanket on bed is thin, 10:30 PM. I came to front desk to try to get another thicker blanket, but nobody was there. I nocked the door, ring the bell, called the phone. Nobody answered. Until 11:00 PM, she came out from inside. She was very unhappy that I disturbed her. She said there is no additional blanket in the motel. What ? You run a motel business and no blanket? I questioned her,  And she changed the words to “she “will” try to find one” and I have to go back and wait. I told her I wait at front desk. She started to curse very loud and keep saying ” FXXX BXXX FXXX BXXX”. Unbelievable, these were sentence from front desk to client. She is definitely unqualified to work as front desk. Worst ever motel experience. Never choose this motel."
