“We had an excellent stay at AC hotel in sawgrass mills. Rooms are clean and spacious, we stayed in the king size room which was very comfy. Staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. “I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.”
