“I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately.”

“The pool is so nice, there are 6 or 7 waterfalls and an outdoor pool table, basketball court, a movie theater and the kitchen is ready to cook big meals. Thanks for the quick communication and beautiful home!”

“Check in was a breeze. Home was good was what we needed . Everything we went to was about a 20 min drive but overall easy to get around . The kids loved the pool had to adjust to the in and out buzzer but would recommend again ”
