“Absolutely fabulous apartment. Everything in it we needed plus plus. Very clean and everything worked. Richard was very communicative and suggested things to do, places to eat etc etc. The only negative was that it was on a busy street and therefore very noisy during the day.”

“It was a nice enough place but would have liked to known it was on the top floor of the whole building. We had no communication on how to actually get in the building and with the check in etc so had to phone the owner themselves which took time and would have been helpful to have all of the info in an email. There was also no soap to wash our hands with which isn’t great after covid and all… also please note you have to pay for street parking which is expensive in my opinion ”

“I can’t complain too much about the room, it was ok. Nothing special just what would be expected for the price.
I had to pay for parking, I hadn’t seen this mentioned on the app when I booked it and the receptionist said it was because I had booked via hotels. Nothing against paying but there are plenty of other hotels local that don’t charge.
I was told to book a table for food via the qr code. I tried several times but it wouldn’t work. At one point it said no availability until 9.30pm so I……
