“Lovely warm cosy cottage with all we needed for the stay, fantastic garden with beautiful views, small fence at each end and it felt very safe for our dogs who loved it. Lots of places to visit in the area. Very peaceful location, yet minutes drive away from shops etc for supplies. We saw the dolphins and seals from the bottom of the garden, it was perfect. Thank you for letting us stay, hope to be back one day.”

“Our stay at the Grand Mansion in Aberdeen, Scotland was nothing short of a disaster. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an overwhelming scent from an incense diffuser, clearly meant to mask other less pleasant odors. The carpet was filthy, the walls were visibly dirty, and the linens and towels were used and unwashed. Things like wet wipes on the toilets were dried out and hadn’t been touched for years. “When you flush the toilet in bathroom it makes a horrible loud noise. Info on apartment states it has washer and dryer - it does not. It has a washer and a hanging rack. There was still food in fridge and cabinets, was only given 2 towels for 4 people. Beds are close to floor and are horrible. No roller paper in one of the bathrooms. I truly wanted to walk out. ”

“We were a group of 10, grandparents kids and teenage grandkids. This was perfect for us to give us all space after a crowded week in London. Masood was extremely kind accommodating to all our needs. “Hotel has great location for shopping and theatre visits. The price I paid for room was decent as it contained a fridge which made it cheaper to eat as I could store food etc, but room did have a few faults such as a hole in the wall,lights that didn’t work are door handle in bathroom was about to fall off. Would expect these simple issues to be fixed as there cleaning room as small things but very easy to rectify, especially if customers are paying £100+ for a night for the room.”
