“I booked this on the strength of it's rating but found that a few things weren't quite right... Examples: The door did not lock from the inside, there is an Ill fitting bolt on the door but the key was misaligned with the handle so could not be properly locked, The bathroom window did not close fully, There were a few cobwebs throughout the rooms and some dirt around the cupboard handle in the bathroom it had clearly only very briefly been cleaned Hotels.com says checkin was 11am it's……

“I have been to York many times and stayed in many great places around the city but this beats them all. An easy 3 minute walk to Yorkminster, a Sainsbury's out front and The Bootham Tavern pub across the street. The pictures included in the listing are 100% accurate. The flat itself is roomy, well appointed and has all the amenities one expects (more, actually). It was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. And having a parking spot in the lower level garage was a bonus. On my next trip, this……

“First off a little delay in communicating check in instructions. The location is down some narrow alleyways. There are 6 lock boxes for keys, so that took a little figuring out. Kind of like going to an escape room but in reverse. Once inside the smell hits you. Bachelor party vibes. The smell of urine or vomit covered by sanitizer scent.
