“If you are not good at climbing stairs, or if you are carrying 2 or 3 suitcase with you, never book a room at 1st floor . My experience is that, after I have brought the suitcase up the narrow and winding staircase, I need to take a two-hour rest before I can have the courage to think about going out. Other than that, the hotel is comfortable.”

“Jack was a lovely host, very helpful, especially with suitcase carrying to & from the room. Snacks etc. always available on a help yourself basis. Good local knowledge regarding places to visit. Kindly lent us some season tickets to various tourist attractions at no cost to us. Highly recommended venue and host.”
