“到达时是傍晚，很喜欢洒满夕阳的房间。虽然是在路边，但是街道不算吵。典型的英式早餐做的很地道。位于约克城区外围，因为本来就不大，所以并不觉得偏远。屋主是位很nice的老太太，很感谢她向我们推荐旅游线路。”

“Nice room, host responded to queries very quickly. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer were all very much appreciated as we needed to get ready for a wedding. ”

“The host was very kind and helpful. The Barbican is located just outside the wall, which is brilliant, as inside the walls is quite noisy until very late. We would definitely stay here again! ”

“Room is clean. Breakfast is OK. Interior decorations is a bit old or you will love it as it is Victoria style.”

“Cannot rate the staff, this is a self service hotel, but it’s really easy, you’ll get a couple of codes the day of your stay. The hotel is right in the heart of the shambles, as a tourist that’s exactly the area where you want to be. The hotel is like nothing that you ever have experienced before, I can guarantee it. Without spoiling your experience I will tell you that my hard-to-please teenager was flabbergasted with the experience, he said it’s in his top 5 hotels in the world. ”

“The room was very nice. A couple of small things: 1- It would have been nice to know there was a flight of narrow stairs to get to room, 2- Bathroom sink is blocked by overhanging cabinets, toothbrushing very difficult, 3- bathroom door drifts open against the bed unless closed and then the bathroom is very hot. ”
