“My family loved this house and property! The hosts were very responsive from the moment I booked until check out. They also provide detailed suggestions for activities on the island, restaurants to eat at, grocery store, etc. The house had lots of snorkel gear, beach chairs, ice chests & beach towels to use. “Stayed here from 2/14-2/21/25. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed and more for our party of nine. Sharell, our Property Manager, was amazing to work with. She was quick to respond and answer any questions we had. We had a minor issue with the coffee maker and a new one was delivered the next day. The grounds were lovely and well-maintained. We loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the ocean only steps away.. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to stay……

“We traveled with one other family (4 adults and 2 17-year old boys). The house was absolutely perfect for us! We loved how each bedroom/bathroom was its own building. Perfect for the teens to have their own rooms! Steps from the beach also. We were able to see the sunrise as well as the sunsets! Tar Bay Beach is amazingly beautiful with plenty of space to walk at least a mile in each direction. Check-in was really easy, and everyone throughout the process was very friendly and responsive. ”

“Absolutely amazed by this property-it’s private location, views, and the amenities offered. Charles was the kindest person we met on the island. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee overlooking the blue waters and watching Man-o-war cay sandbars emerge as the tide went down. We saw more ocean life here than anywhere else. There was a turtle that visited the beach, colorful fish, and even a small shark! We enjoyed kayaking across the water to man-o-war, and finding our very own private beach……

“Bellavista was perfect for us, all the amenities you can think of especially chairs and umbrella. The beach in front is neat in its on right plus sites over at stocking but the hidden gem is a 5-10 walk to your left. Unbelievable beach with calm beautiful blue water that is waist deep as far as you can go! Owners assessable anytime on the what’s up app as well. They even have a 2nd unit Bellavista Breeze 3 doors down. Will definitely seek another week with them the next time we try. ”
