“This building is in an industrial section. The air conditioning in the little box room was not working and even though it was promised to be fixed before evenibg it was not. There are steel shutters to keep it safe and the light out but meant there is no airflow with thw window open. The door was super heavy and secure. There is no reception, no food nearby and the beds were super soft with poor foam on top to try and rescue them. We stayed one night and found a new hotel for our next night,……

“Mein Aufenthalt im VitalZeit Hotel war wirklich großartig! Es hat wirklich absolut alles gepasst! Das Einzelzimmer war ruhig, geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal von der Rezeption bis zum Reinigungsservice unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, ich fühlte mich von der ersten Sekunde an umsorgt und wohl. Das Essen (Frühstück, Mittag und Abendessen) war ausgezeichnet, es hat wunderbar geschmeckt und war so wunderhübsch und schmakhaft angerichgtet. Auf meinen Wunsch vegane Verpflegung zu……

“Das war eine sehr aussergewöhnliche Unterkunft und auch die Dame Frau Schwarz-Mach war sehr höflich und zuvor kommend. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie liegt sehr beschaulich und ruhig. Gerne würde ich, wenn ich wieder in der Region unterwegs bin, dort übernachten.”

“Beim Checkin wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden, hat erstmal einige Minuten gebraucht bevor der Checkin funktionierte. Dann bekam ich ein falsches Zimmer, nicht jenes welches ich von der Farbe her gebucht hatte. Im Zimmer angekommen ging dann die Tür nicht richtig zu, es bleibt ein großer Spalt offen. Wenn man versucht die Tür zuzuziehen von innen, dann kommt einem der Türgriff entgegen. Zimmer stinkt und war dreckig, waren fremde Haare im Zimmer, z.B. an den Halterungen im Bad. Außerdem ist es……

“Very quaint and peaceful place - great for climbing the Schneeberg Mountain and relaxing in the spa after. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was a lack of a la cart options for dinner, forcing you to pay a lot for either set menus or buffets. Unfortunately there was not anything else around except fried and not so great Austrian food. Otherwise great stay and special thanks to the amazing bartender :)”
