“The title of the listing, "Spacious cozy retreat, off the beaten path close to all Pittsburgh attractions" is a perfect description for this home. The location is super quiet in a good way. No highway noise, no loud neighbors, almost too quiet ;) Plenty of off street parking is on site which was a big plus for me. We didn't interact with any of the neighbors though a number of them waved as they drove or walked by. Definitely a welcoming environment. While it is 'off the beaten path' it is……

“We needed a place to stay for 1 night since all of the hotels were booked, and I'm so glad we found this little gem. It was so much better than staying at a hotel, and we had a lot more space for close to the same price. It was stocked with everything that we needed. “It was so comfortable and provided a welcoming, quiet atmosphere. My husband's sister had 2 heart attacks. She was back home from hospital when storm hit and power went out. We came to PA. To visit them but instead they were able to visit with us at the B&B and we shared food and water we brought with them. They didn't stay over night but had a nice visit during the day Friday. Their power came back on while they were visiting us. Steven was 1000% helpful in every way. Will tell other to stay……
