“We stayed at this home for a weekend getaway. The property was well maintained and comfortable and the outside deck/yard are perfect for hosting BBQ and sitting around the fire. The marina and boat launch were convenient and just a few minutes away from the house which quick and easy lake access to launch the boat and get the lake days started! Our stay was excellent! Would recommend! ”

We took just a weekend away to attend a Taylor swift event for my daughter and the place really met our needs, everything was as it was advertised and nice location, it’s a wooded area so be okay with nature, which was exactly what we wanted, we would definitely book again! ”

The scenic property was beyond what pictures could capture. The pond and pool were fantastic for the kids and adults alike. Jerry and Joann made you you feel like old friends rather than simply house guests.Absolutely recommend and can't wait to return.”

“We really enjoyed the property and our stay. Total chill. Over looking the Ohio River and watching barges going through the lock and damn while eating out on the patio was enjoyable. We played dominoes on the deck, cooked, slept like babies and one of the lady enjoyed bubble bath in the jacuzzi tub. One night we to Tell City and dance like crazy to live mucus at Lock and Keel. The fresh sea food is great. Can't wait till next time. ”

“The house is lovely. Plenty of space to be comfortable. Beautiful views of the lake. Only drawback is that you can't get to the water. The firepit is on a pretty good hill, we couldn't us it because one of our guests couldn't manage the slope of the hill. Still a nice feature to offer. The hostess left muffins for us to eat, delicious. Check in and check out I had to contact the hostess, we never received our instructions. But they were quick to respond and it wasn't a major issue. “Nice clean house that accommodate a big group”

“We were very happy with all things related to this property. The beds and furniture are comfortable, plus the home is clean and roomy. The kitchen had all that we needed and the homeowner provided some yummy snacks. The neighborhood is well maintained and quiet. The property is exactly as shown on the website and the homeowner is prompt with responses. Could not have asked for anything more! We hope to stay again in the future.”

“My family of 4 was in the area for a wedding. We loved our stay at Christy and Joe's place! The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and having 2 bathrooms was definitely a plus. Because of the weather (it was rainy all weekend) we unfortunately didn't get to enjoy any of the outside spaces. “Nice clean home with some updated amenities. The front door lock is frustrating but we eventually figured it out. The home is clean but small and very limited space in the bedrooms. There’s not much for enjoying the outdoors but it rained while we were there. It’s not the homeowners fault but the neighborhood cats definitely use the landscaping as a litter box. The smell was too much to handle. It’s an older home but has some updates done to it. The walls are paper thin and it’s located right……
