“Convenient location and getting both sides of a duplex seemed perfect for our family. Disappointed that one of the "bedrooms" has no window or fire exit. We weren't willing to let any family members stay in that room, which was tough because our large group needed every bed. It was also one of the few rooms that had ac, so we squeezed extra people into one of the rooms without ac. Felt like the cleaning fee was fair, but not when the floors were extremely dirty and the beds were rough. Black……

I somehow missed that there was only one bathroom, but the size and layout made it easy for someone to be showering and another to be using the mirror so it was a total success! “What a fantastic house! We hope to stay again. I would say, it would have been nice to have a few back up garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, all things we had to go purchase. For a house that big, a few back ups of the essentials would have been nice. Otherwise great”
