“We loved this place! Very clean and everything you could possibly need. We stayed for a month and were very comfortable and felt right at home. “Our group of 8 travels to a NASCAR race each year. We were very impressed with the Cozy Lakefront location. The home & the setting is very nice, plenty of room for 5 adults. The whole place was very clean, everything needed to make meals was available, beds were very comfortable. Only negatives would be that the shower water pressure is very low, & there are some rundown neighborhoods just outside where the home sits. We by no means felt unsafe. The immediate neighborhood is very nice!The……

“Property is an older home. It was okay, nothing fancy. ”

“All of the appliances worked well and there were plenty of dishes and silverware. The mattress in the master bedroom was uncomfortable and the blankets were insufficient. It would be great to have a chair in each of the bedrooms. Unfortunately, we had rainy, cool weather and didn’t get to enjoy the pool and grounds. ”

“We took a short "staycation" to enjoy the large house so everyone could have their own rooms. The beds were so comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud in the master. The hot tub and sauna were thoroughly enjoyed because the weather didn't cooperate with swimming in the pool. It was a perfect place to bring our dog because the yard was fully enclosed. The only thing I wish was different is that there were basic condiments like salt and pepper and that there was coffee. We would've brought our own……

“Sam was a great host and Roy was a wonderful property manager. They both provided quick responses. The house was clean and very spacious. The house was very secure with cameras and a large gate. The two car garage was a huge plus. The house was only a quick 15 minute drive to many of our favorite places in Fort Worth. ”
