“Very clean and cute condo in payson. Just a bit bummed because we couldn’t get any of the tv services ( Netflix, Hulu, Amazon prime) to work outside of the Roku listings. One worked for a short time in the living room, but none worked in the bedroom. Other than that, great place to stay! ”

“The stay was for only one night. It was so nice and peaceful and comfortable. Just like staying at home. The only problem my husband and I had was trying to get the tv on Roku. We are older people and our children usually do this when we don’t understand. We finally figured it out after a little while. It would just be nice if there were instruction for older people like us to make it easier for us. I reserved a VRBO in El Paso Texas and they had a layout manual they put together on working the……

“We were disappointed with our accomodations at Bison Ranch rental. Black long hair was everywhere on the floor, bath mat, bedspread, decorative pillows. Only felt like we could sit on a dining chair. We could not get a hold of property manager, and received no response from e-mails, or text. We rounded up the hair, checked the sheets and assumed they had been cleaned. We made it through sleeping with just the sheets, but never cozied in.”

“Booked my stay two month in advance about a week before stay host canceled my reservation, which I was notified not by the host but by the resort. (I also called to the resort , they confirmed it was indeed canceled. Called to contact the host via Virbo, they also told me he canceled and won't refund ) It was a horrible experience dealing with this host. Save yourself time and money stay away from this scammer.”
