“Complete scam. From the moment of booking, I was harassed via text, email, and phone call for additional money over and above the booking amount. Hotels.com confirmed my reservation was paid for and reserved, but it was canceled within an hour of check in time and we were left scrambling to find a place to stay with two children. Absolute nightmare. Unable to actually reach anyone at the phone number. Fairly certain it was a scam from the beginning. Still awaiting a refund.”

“I stayed here with 5 co workers for conference. It was just as advertised. Tons of room with great views, perfect location for convention center and downtown and very clean. Would stay again.”

“I actually ended up checking out and going to another hotel. The staff was SO nice, but were having to deal with an issue that some of the guest rooms didn’t have hot water, so they were very busy. When I checked into my room, it wasn’t dirty exactly, but the walk outlets didn’t have covers, so I was a little suspicious. I started working at the little corner desk and was there about 15 minutes before I saw a cockroach running across the wall. The location is convenient, but the building……

“The place is so beautifully decorated nice area everyone was pleasant I truly enjoyed my stay. The beds were super comfortable. ”

“It was big, spacious, modern. Good value. There were issues with simple stuff though, that there really shouldn’t have been. There were 4 guests booked, but only two sets of towels provided, no linens for the pullout couch, half the daily care amenities were simply missing, and there was one (1) soup for all of us to share and that was a 99 cent soap pump for washing your hands. I didn’t know I had to bring my own soup??? I could have, or just brought the soap the other hotels provided to this……
