“We had an awesome time staying at this Capitola beach condo. The garage was a perfect place to park a single car and not have to fight for parking. The location and view cannot be beat. You do have to climb stairs, so keep that in mind. The bed in the far back bedroom did taco a bit and makes you roll to the middle, but the place was clean. The bathroom toilet needed adjustment as it constantly ran, but we informed the owner. Overall, great location and we hope to rebook. ”

“We stayed on Santana Row with 2 friends for a fun shopping weekend. We've been there many times for day trips but staying there was extra lovely. You can walk right downstairs to coffee and pastries in the morning. Several nice restaurants and shops nearby too. The loft was super clean, well-appointed and very comfortable for all of us. Parking was very convenient, secure and close to the building entrance. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Property is perfect for a single or a couple looking to do some shopping and dining. Centrally located to Santana Row, next to shopping center. Very clean, beautifully decorated and host very easy to reach. Has a parking garage, a little difficult to figure out, but once you do, easy in and out of the property. Strongly recommend this property. ”

“My wife and I stayed at this place for a second time, and if we ever need to be in the Bay Area, this would be our first choice.”

“We came for a 16 year old birthday celebration and had kids, teens and adults in the house. The house was perfect for our 8 people (we didn't use the additional pull-out couch). Lots of stairs but the house has a built in child gate. House was clean and had everything extra you could need. Lots of beach towels, a couple of beach chairs, and games for the kids. Teens took the room upstairs with full bed and single bed. Kids and adults downstairs. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash……

“I stayed with my dog for a month while I was searching for a home to purchase in the area. The location is very quiet and only a few blocks from Bethany Curve Walkway which takes you through the neighborhood directly down to the West Cliff Drive paved walking path and phenomenal ocean views. I was able to park in the driveway and felt very safe. UCSC is less than 15 minutes away by car. My daughter was able to ride the bus and walk a few blocks to visit. ”
