“I stayed here for 4 nights and was very comfortable during my stay. There was a full kitchen so I was able to buy a few groceries to make some meals. It was very clean when I got there, bathroom and shower was clean as well. There was no noise at all. The guest house is attached to the main house, but I did not hear any noise from the owners of the home. I will definitely look for this rental if I am back in the area!”

“The quiet, secluded setting and the beautiful, character-filled home were perfect for our family of 5 adults to reconnect and relax. We had room to stretch out on the patio and enjoyed cozy conversation in the small but very comfortable living room/dining/kitchen area. Lots of natural light & sunshine in all rooms. The bathrooms were spacious and had towels/hairdryer/soaps (main bath w/shower, commode, sink are separate from a vanity area w/2nd sink near bedrooms, and extra 1/2 bath off living……

“Lovely little house. So close to the beach and awesome restaurants and coffee shops. Brought our dogs and the fenced in front was perfect. Enjoyed our coffee out there surrounded by the hydrangeas. ”

“Property was clean, spacious, comfortable, cute, beachy and modern (not funky or grungy - very clean floors!) Very private to be up on second level. Centrally located - fun to be able to people-watch down on to main shopping street, from the comfort and privacy of living space. Convenient walk to everything. Bathrooms are updated, and especially generously-sized. Bedrooms are in back of unit, away from street. Both bedrooms could probably fit Cal King beds, but the Queen sizes were comfortable.……

“We visited family in San Jose for a wedding and stayed at this la toon for a week. It was clean, easy to locate and we felt safe leaving and arriving. ”

“Great location and the property manager is very responsive. The only issue was the last evening there were kids staying in the unit upstairs and they were up running and screaming at 5:30 am and we could hear as if they were in the same room. The door to the upstairs unit needs to have more soundproofing. Other than that we love staying there.”
