“Spacious, comfortable for 3 adults. Kitchen is ill equipped. Plunger coffee maker that doesn’t work very well. Lacked in paper products, and soap of all kind for our 10 day stay. close to grocery store. Nice to have reserved parking as street parking is at a premium. A lot of street noise”

“This rental apartment was perfect for our five-day stay for a family wedding in Santa Cruz. We were looking for a place where we could enjoy the beautiful Santa Cruz mountains and this apartment and surrounding property was perfect. Quiet, peaceful with beautiful views with stunning flowering bushes, trees, and containers. Great outdoor patio for your morning beverage or evening cocktail. Grill and patio furniture is a plus. The apartment inside was clean with enough kitchenware and linens……

“Good space. Location was great, although if you leave the windows open, it can be a bit noisy. But, they are double-paned so super quiet when closed. The addition of a parking space with this rental is a bonus. We had a great short stay and would highly recommended. Communication with Jody was excellent.”

The location gives you quick access to coffee, shops, the ocean, a small market and nearly every type of restaurant you could ask for. The place is well appointed with everything you need and we slept great on the comfortable beds. Having your own porch to enjoy the mornimg sun and designated parking wete bonuses. You’ll love it here for your next Capitola getaway.”

“I came in from out of town for a special surgery. I chose this property for its location, bed sizes, tv’s and comfortable looking furniture. The directions to the property, the communication and everything was great. The cleanliness, which is so important after surgery, was excellent. The property is also very quiet but of course we were there when it was not pool season. It is close to grocery stores and pharmacy. The only complaint was that we had to buy fans because the air conditioner would……

“I just needed a somewhere to stay at night and this place did the job. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were enough for me. The area isn't bad and its close to a lot of stores, like Safeway, Smart&Final, and Dollar store. There's also a bus on the main road that will take you straight downtown. I did spot one or two roaches, and the coffee maker was really dirty. There also wasn't always parking but this wasn't a problem for me.”

“Great location and accommodations for 4 adult-sized people. We brought our queen-sized inflatable mattress for the younger 2, and found decent floor space for that. The bathroom/shower are separated from the vanity, so getting people showered and ready was easy. The location was amazing and within a couple minute walk to Capitola Beach, Zelda’s, Pizza My Heart, Margaritaville and Polar Bear Ice Cream! Good parking for 1 car too. I hope we’ll be back soon!”
