“The house was great. Perfect size for 2 adults and 1-2 kids. Walgreens, coffee shops, restaurants and more are walkable. Owners/property managers EXTREMELY responsive. 20 minute uber to SF. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Cute basement apartment in downtown San Jose. The owners were friendly and accommodating so was their dog). Booked for attending an event at the convention center. The convention center was pretty easy to get to in about 10 minutes. Beds are firm, kitchen has what’s needed for cooking, the shower is a good size, and it was easy to connect to WiFi. The price was great compared to the hotels in downtown San Jose and the apartment is much larger than just a hotel room.”

“I came in from out of town for a special surgery. I chose this property for its location, bed sizes, tv’s and comfortable looking furniture. The directions to the property, the communication and everything was great. The cleanliness, which is so important after surgery, was excellent. The property is also very quiet but of course we were there when it was not pool season. It is close to grocery stores and pharmacy. The only complaint was that we had to buy fans because the air conditioner would……

“We liked the cleanliness and quiet at the property. The Keurig was difficult to use. Instructions would have been helpful. There were limited TV selections, and we couldn't login to our streaming apps. We had expected a larger area that would include a small living area, not just a bed.”

“I just needed a somewhere to stay at night and this place did the job. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were enough for me. The area isn't bad and its close to a lot of stores, like Safeway, Smart&Final, and Dollar store. There's also a bus on the main road that will take you straight downtown. I did spot one or two roaches, and the coffee maker was really dirty. There also wasn't always parking but this wasn't a problem for me.”

“Immaculate, cute, and well appointed. Loved listening to the creek and being able to make use of the kitchen and gas grill. Convenient for hiking-appreciated the washer and dryer! If you are coming from San Francisco, Roberts market is a great stop on the way over. La Honda market also has some staples. Highly recommend this cottage, wonderful relaxing stay.”

“This little 2 bedroom was perfect. It's exactly as pictured and super clean. The bedrooms are large and both have king beds. Ideally located for a quick trip anywhere in the Bay area. The back deck was charming and nicely treed. It has all the amenities you will need and because I was there for work, I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night. A true little gem! I'll book here again. ”
