“We loved the charm of the house, proximity to Shenandoah, and the ability to walk into the town of Luray!”

“Recently stayed 3 nights here with our family of 5 (kids aged 14, 11, 8). Perfect size, great location. We were able to explore Shenandoah and Luray Caverns easily from this location. Beds were comfortable, house was very clean. Reported an issue with the washing machine to management. We weren’t there long enough for it to be resolved while we were there, but they were very receptive to the feedback and I suspect it will be addressed. We used the hot tub, fire pit and grill while we were there……

“This is our very favorite cabin for several reasons: It is among the closest to the State Park and all the activities in Lost City; living room is spacious and very comfortable; great shower in bath; modern kitchen; comfortable beds; dog friendly.”

“I've stayed at quite a few rentals and hotels, and this is my favorite. It's definitely a bit off the grid, which makes it all the more private and charming. The views are breathtaking, and the layout of the house is perfect for a family...but it'd be lovely for a couple's or solo retreat, too! Our visit included three adults and two kids (10 and 12), but I appreciate that there are baby gates, a pack n play, and a high chair for guests with younger children. My kiddos especially loved the air……

“We stayed at the Blue Pearl during a long weekend trip with our family of four and our dog. The house and property are beautiful! We had all the amenities we needed during our stay, and loved the fenced in backyard and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable. The location was ideal-walking distance to shops and restaurants and a short 5 minute drive to Luray Caverns. We enjoyed pizza from the Italian restaurant around the corner on our first night. Our family is looking forward to our next……

“14 family members traveled from 2 hours away up to 8 hours away including our adult sons, their wives and 4 grandchildren and we moved in on Dec26 and had a fun 4 night stay in this big beautiful home. Everyone was very comfortable on firm beds, with lots of pillows and blankets and big renovated bathrooms. The basement game room was a favorite gathering spot with pool, ping pong and foosball plus big couches and smart TVs and lots of board games too. The home was well appointed with cooking……

“I loved everything about this stay. The charm of a "Hobbit House" only 2 hours from my home was exceptional. The owners thought of all the details. The house was filled with magic and wizardry everywhere even cute miniature LOTR/Hobbit characters hidden in the walls. Then, the screened in porch and patio were perfect for morning coffee and 1st breakfast. So close to hiking, caverns and wineries, but yet you feel away from all the hustle that life fills you with. This home is a real gem……
