The bed was comfortable, we really enjoyed the movie theater seat style couch and the kitchen was equipped with enough dishes, pots etc.The views from the deck were so beautiful - better than some of the views at the national park! “Very nice place. Cute cabin with lovely views. The fire pit are with a covered couch swing is great for evenings. If you are an early riser, there are nice sunrise views of the mountains. Enclosed property so you feel safe at night. We even dozed off one night on the swing looking at the stars. Hot tub was good and seemed well cared for. BUT...if you are looking for a nice enough, clean enough, cozy enough, functional enough cabin with a big front yard, and a LOCATION on the shenandoah river that affords awesome fishing, gorgeous scenery, and short drives to either Luray or Elkton where you can get anything you need, then keep reading. “This location is beautiful! It is very relaxing whether you are by the lake, the pool, or just walking around the property. The fishing was a lot of fun and there’s a good variety of fish. Also, there is a reason most reviews comment on how nice Tabby is. She is a very lovely person! The space was very roomy and clean. It was myself, my husband, and our two kids, and we fit very nicely in the space. I think the coffee bar was my favorite! I would very happily stay there again! ”
