“飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”

“This stay was an emergency booking due to the disaster that was the eight acres hotel in Elgin which is a dump. The wonderful folk of The Millhouse not only found us a room but bent over backwards to help us. Special mention to the wonderful Janette who was wonderful. “Lovely boutique hotel backing onto the A98 at Cullen and almost in the shadow of the magnificent Cullen Viaduct. Walkable in minutes to the most stunning beach and also to many scenic bays along the exciting coastal path to Findlater Castle (and further: we walked to Findlater Castle, then took a taxi back to the hotel). Wonderful restaurant downstairs. Perfect cooked-to-order breakfasts. The most kind and helpful staff that we met on our holiday. Cullen is a beautiful place and the hotel……
