“My family stayed in the Villa after my sons wedding in Palma June 2025. We had a fantastic time at the villa and local area. The villa was spacious and clean. The views were amazing and we all enjoyed snpending our days around the pool especially my 7 year old grandson.We also loved spending our evenings on the balcony chatting and playing games. The villa is so well equiped and communication with the host was excellent which made our stay carefree as nothing was a bother. We enjoyed our trip so……

“The villa is situated in a perfect location, with easy walking distance to Pollenca which has a lot to offer, parking for cars, and a rural area. We all had a relaxing time enjoying the pool and spa facilities and the scenery surrounding the area. We fell in love with Pollenca and the island which we explored with the use of a hire car. If you want a get away villa within easy access to all amenities - this is the one ”

“Beautiful comfortable house in the town of Son Serra de Marina. Pool was great and the whole family enjoyed the outdoor living. We all commented how relaxing and calm it was there but you’re still in a town with facilities that were good with the supermarket and a few restaurants in walking distance.”

“Wir hatten einen super schönen Aufenthalt in Inca. Die Finca liegt ein wenig außerhalb von Inca. Wir waren mit Freunden dort und hatten einen Mietwagen. Daher kam uns die Lage eher entgegen, da die Finca dadurch ein sehr schöner Ort für ein erholsamen Urlaub war. Ich habe mich neben dem Urlaub noch auf eine Langdistanz im Triathlon vorbereitet. Dafür ist die Lage perfekt. Ein Stückchen die Landstraße vor und es ging in die Felder rund um Inca. Die Aussicht beim Laufen war einfach traumhaft.……

“Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wunderschöner Sandstrand, für Kleinkinder geeignet, fußläufig erreichbar. Der tolle, große Garten mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten und versteckter Außendusche hat uns am besten gefallen. Immer wieder gern! Mietwagen ein Muss, Supermarkt nicht fußläufig erreichbar. Nächstes Mal an Moskito-Spray denken.”

“Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem relativ ruhig. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten - auch innen ist das Haus funktional eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem. Es ist alles das, was es für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieter war einfach und freundlich.”

“annonce conforme à la location, petites précisions: en retrait dans une petite impasse non loin des commerces et de la grande plage de Patja de Muro belle maison terrasse agréable il manque un peu de vaisselle (pour 6) un chauffe eau pour tous le monde (limite pour 3) un lave vaisselle entrée/sortie de la location sans avoir vu quelqu'un (ni proporiétaire ou agence gérant la location !) attention aux moutiques agréssifs et aux avions la nuit ;-)”

“Bei unserer Ankunft war die Villa gut auffindbar, der Check-in mit dem Schlüsseltresor ist komplikationslos. Das Haus war allgemein sauber, nur ein paar "Problemecken" - z.B. leere und angefangene Flaschen am Ausgang zum Dach.Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, besonders das Bad oben links mit der Badewanne. Die Fensterläden schließen nicht alle. Der Pool war sauber, leider funktionierte die Beleuchtung nicht. Auch fehlte uns ein Außenlicht. Die vorhandenen TT-Schläger zur……

“Just got home from a lovely weeks holiday.We got lucky with the weather at 27-30 degrees which made the pool fine to use. It’s not heated so if you go at 20 degrees I’d take a wetsuit for kids. Luckily we don’t need ours. The local beach is good, sunbeds, showers, bar/restaurant and toilets etc. The restaurant across the road (Tivoli) was great. Good pizza, steak and aperol spritz! Fair prices too. There is a mix of bars on the main road (some fancier than others depending what you want).……
