“It was a nice experience overall living in Taj for two days. One of the best things is the staff was very helpful in arranging tours and booking taxis. But one point Taj might improve is, though we have paid online for such a room for three people, we were told still that we have to be charged for an extra bed, which is not expected when we placed the order. ”

“Second time staying at this excellent hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable and the three swimming pools are all very clean and lovely to use. “Everything great from arrival to check-out. After our smooth, friendly welcome we were taken to our lovely spacious premium suite room. As well as enjoying the most comfortable bed and softest fluffy towels we were able to look out on the beautiful gardens and pool area from our large balcony. “Great stay for a week in Goa. Arrived early, room wasn't ready (which was understandable!), returned after a walk & luggage was in the room. Staff were more than happy to assist with any request. Breakfasts were amazing. There were a couple of power cuts during my stay that was a bit annoying. Lucky the hotel has generators that kicked in after a few seconds!”

“I personally did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. the room was not great as the ceiling fan was almost falling off the ceiling. it's definitely not what you see on the website. I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist.
