“The room was quite outdated. The floor on the loft area and stairs were lumpy. The bedding was incredibly stiff and loud. It was almost like sleeping with thick tissue paper. The blankets kept you warm, but it wasn't soft and it was crunchy. Totally uncomfortable. The hall space was incredibly narrow as well. The doorway was too narrow to bring the luggage carts in, so as you unload and load the cart, all of your belongings are just sitting in the hallway. For as much as that resort must make,……
