“We loved our stay here! It was the perfect size for our small family. We spent a lot of time out on the deck, and in the cozy living room. Beach access was easy and it wasn’t too crowded. We hope to book again next summer!”

“I stayed here for a quiet winter getaway with my dog. The view from the condo is stunning - sunrise and sunset are gorgeous. The condo is cozy, quiet and private and looks exactly like the photos. I made some meals in-unit by choice but even in winter, there are good restaurant options within a mile, including the pier nearby. As others have noted, the immediate beach entry is closed due to beach erosion but the open entrance was only .1 mile down the road - an easy walk. Barbara, the property……

The only thing we could negatively note , was the floors would turn your feet black. But everything else was super clean!”

“We had a great stay at this property. It is exactly as expected in pictures and we had everything we needed from cookware to linens. The furniture is a little dated but it was fine because we had two little kids who could care less and we were always moving. The location is perfect we could walk to everything we needed. The beach was not crowded at all. The communication with property management was okay. They emailed me before our trip asking if we wanted to book an extra day since it was open……

“Enjoyed my stay---just wanted to get away for a few days. Condo is on the second floor with a magnificent view of the ocean just off the private porch. It's at the north end of the island, so very peaceful although there is the north pier about 2 blocks away with a tiki bar, restaurant and ice cream shop. Everything else needs a car or at least a bike---more than a mile to the central pier. Twenty minutes to Wilmington and to Fort Fisher.Host was immediately responsive to parking pass issue……

“The condo was perfect. It was clean, well stocked, and had a lovely patio with a view of the ocean. I did not get the check-in instructions two weeks ahead of time. It did take a call and text to get a response from the owner. To be fully transparent, it was over Christmas once I spoke with the owner, I had no issues whatsoever. The beach during December is perfect. I would definitely choose this location again.”

“My 10 year old and I spent a weekend here and it was lovely! Nice space for the two of us and fun location near the aquarium. The condo was clean overall but the kitchen supplies were not. All dishes and utensils were dirty. Only one pot was usable. The rest were gross. No dish soap or tin foil. Would stay again but bring my own pots and disposable plates! ”
