“Lovely new cottage tucked away in a quiet bay. You will need to have a boat or rent one to get there. The bay is shallow so communicate with the owner first if you have a larger boat. The property was super clean and very welcoming. There is a marina 5 minutes from the cottage that you can rent a pontoon boat from and you are only a few minutes from town. Definitely a place we would go again. ”

“Cute little cabin that had a lot of amenities available. Local grocery is only a few minutes away. Problems: beds are hard, the main „queen“ bed is two twins pushed together but the seam isn‘t connected so we kept falling through the middle and it was too small. ‚Would’ve chosen something else had I known. Fan in living room didn‘t work, someone removed the chain and still couldn‘t get it to turn on. Very hot during the summer. There are a few restaurants nearby within walking, be sure to check……

“Beautiful location and a very nice cabin. The multiple levels of decking is great to change up viewing areas. We all truly enjoyed it. Great communication with the host. We caught large quantities of small mouth, rock bass but very few with quality size. Definitely doesn't change my review on the cabin, but the driveway is fairly steep so if loaded down with gear and with only 2 wheel drive vehicle it can be a little challenging to make it up ”

“This is a great spot if your looking for a central location while visiting the Alexandria Bay/Clayton area. Close to all marinas, restaurants and tour boats. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, and we enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. The property management communication was excellent. Thank you Toby.”

“Absolutely everything was perfect. Incredibly beautiful view! The fall colors refelcting in the water are amazing. It was a bit chilly at night, so we used the fireplace every night and cuddled up on the couch in front of it every night as well. I really enjoyed having my morning tea on the back porch, looking over the water. Thank you so very much for the wonderful opportunity to share this beautiful property. ”
