“First time visitor to Invergordon. Truckers inn was easy to find with great views of Cromarty firth. On my arrival I was warmly greeted with good explanations regarding my stay. It was easy to book a table for dinner. My room was basic but ample for my needs. I had a good sleep and very pleasant stay.”

Not a simple rectangle box - more like a suite - bedroom, bathroom, a teeny entry foyer, a couple of steps separating all three. In the heart of Inverness Center (Centre, if you prefer). Everything a tourist could want is within a short walk. The booking said unstaffed/no front desk; however, their was a Hootananny rep, familiar with our reservation and gave us an easy welcome - who……
