“The listing indicated the rental was a house. However it is almost a studio apartment attached to a house.The space itself was clean and convenient for my overnight stay. Future renters should be aware there are dogs on the property that are quite vocal and the refrigerator is dorm sized but cold.”

“We were at WEC for most of the day but a super nice place to put our feet up at the end of the day and make our own meals. Close to a grocery store and starbucks which are both important !! The only thing that would have been nice is to have the laundry and dishwasher detergent supplied. The kitchen was well stocked and lots of space to hangout i. the living room. ”

“The location of this property is great and close to some local springs. The check in process is easy and the homeowner is quick to respond. That's about where the good qualities end. The AC was not turned on before our arrival so the house was 86 degrees when we arrived, and didn't cool down until morning. The house was definitely not professionally cleaned as there was hair and toothpaste in the sinks, and smudges on shower and tub. There was also debris on the floor. A random gummy in the bed……
