“We really enjoyed our short stay here in The Villages. You cannot beat the access to Sumtner Landing, which you can easily walk, bike (two bikes available), drive, or our favorite, the very awesome golf cart that comes with the rental. Golf cart seats four and held a long charge for us. Plenty of kitchenware, linens, towels and very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!”

“The home was meticulously decorated and very spacious. The 4 seat gold cart was perfect for golf and shopping! Location was perfect! This was the 4th home my wife and I have stayed with and the best!….Jeff & Joyce”

“The golf cart needs attention. Tune up? Master br shower has leak when shower on Peacock was constantly asking for passcode for non descript shows Great location near Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. Clean, beds comfortable”

“Our family came for a funeral. From communicating, actual stay and departing process was seamless! Being so close to Lake Sumpter with access to the house Golf cart, was such a blessing. ”

“The villa is located down a short gravel road with overgrown weeds. The unit seems to be remodeled, which is nice. The impression would improve if the surroundings were well-kept (though this may not be within the owner's control if the entryway isn't theirs).”

“After getting over the issue of seeing a neighbors car in the driveway we enjoyed our stay in Calumet very much the pool was very close by and the home was very functional. The only thing I'd consider changing is the shower head sprayer and the faucet in the kitchen. When u you press on the sprayer it doesn't want to release back to the faucet. Thank you Nancy for helping us get into the unit late at night. ”
