“House was very nice and clean. Small hiccup with amenities but the host answered my concern immediately and got it handled right away, which was great. Be aware that apparently Vrbo breaks the total payment up into “payments”, which I did not request. In fact I ran my first payment thinking it was for the total stay, and then after it ran Vrbo hit me up for an additional 59 for “insurance”, which was mandatory, so I ran that payment separately. “They thought of everything to ensure our stay was perfect. It is always the little things that make a VRBO experience top notch. From the sun screen to leaving the things left behind that you may have forgotten to bring ie sunglasses etc. the back porch is shaded starting around Noon and is a great place to relax.
