“Enjoyed the view and grandson liked the pool! ”

“Plain and simple, false advertising!!! The flooring is falling apart and coming separated from one another, the outside is not well kept and dirty, the dishwasher isn’t even mounted to the cabinets or the counter top! The whole thing moved when I went to open the door to it! The ceiling is falling apart in the hallway and the bathroom has the paint peeling/chipping away from the walls. The ceiling fan light did not work in one of the rooms. The furniture there is not what’s in the picture, nor……

“This historic Lake Morton house did not disappoint. We have spent the last four years visiting and staying all over Lakeland as our oldest son has attended Florida Southern College. We love staying at different houses in the area and this has been our favorite. The funky decor, the view, and location are perfect. We could easily walk to the downtown area or over to the campus and to Lake Hollingsworth.Our son has now graduated but when we are back in the area this will be the first place we look……

“Very nice home, I would definitely stay again. Perfect if you visiting Legoland. We did have minor issues, which were quickly resolved ny the host. My only suggestion would be to have more than two TV'S. We were fine, because the kids were mostly on their electronics.Overall, 10/10 !!”

“Cute, clean, nice location.We checked in, quite easily around 5:30 and left by 10 am, so we didn't spend much time on the house. The location is great, easy to get to downtown Lakeland and surrounding parks.Layout is a bit odd....you access one bedroom either through the first bedroom or a hallway from the laundry room.”
