“The house was just as shown. Very clean, great location, pool was nice and clean along with the hot tub.Only issue is the toilet in the master bath backed up into the shower. It was a holiday weekend so the owner wasn’t able to locate a plumber. We were not able to use the bathroom for the last 2 days which was inconvenient with 4 people. ”

“This is a beautiful well laid out home with room enough for everyone and close to everything Cape Coral has to offer. The pool/lanai and view of the canal is fantastic. The hosts are very responsive to all inquiries. Would definitely stay again!”

“This home was spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. Perfect for my husband and I for the week. The furnishings and decor were lovely, and the dishes and cookware were high end. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds extremely comfortable. Definitely one of the nicest places we've ever stayed.”

They responded quickly to any questions we had and even provided local recommendations. “We stayed with my adult family for 14 days. The home is just as pictured and very spacious and nice. The pool was large and the channel was great to see some wildlife. Neighborhood was great and near lots of great restaurants. The TV in the master bedroom didn't work the whole time we were there (even after communicating). We had intermittent smoke alarms for no reason during our stay which also weren't resolved. No one came to clean the pool for the 14 days we were there and it was green and……

“Everything was clean and worked properly. Communication with property management/owners was excellent! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone. We had 11 people- 7 adults, 3 children and a toddler. There was room and activities for everyone. Thanks Stu!”

“It’s a great location. Super safe. The pool is great and my 4 year old granddaughter was in it for hours every day. It being heated saved the day on colder days with bad weather and everyone swam all day. The only thing to know is its third bedroom is a garage with three beds in it along with the washer and dryer and other supplies ”
