“We had a wonderful peaceful stay. It was a perfect reboot to our busy lives. Easy check in. Very clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great pool patio area. Close to restaurants, store, etc. Would stay here again. ”

“Cute house and good for entertaining. It was just my hubby and i and our 4 yo. The two large bedrooms were nice but the bunk room was a retrofitted garage and not somewhere I would have felt comfortable having children stay in. Pool and hot tub were great. Outside shower did not work but didn't call owner because it wasn't a big deal for us. Only one inside bathroom that needs updated. I felt it was clean and Im usually pretty picky. If we are ever in cape coral, would stay again. Thank you ”

“The house was amazing along with the yard and pool area. The kitchen was well equipped which was so nice. I did leave a note that the home should have a few extra blankets as the weather was unseasonably cold and we had to pull a comforter off another bed and sleep with sweatshirts on (the master bedroom was much cooler than the rest of the home). We did turn up the heat. Additionally, they expected us to wash the towels and the home was only stocked with 3 dishwashing pods, 3 laundry pods and 3……

“Very nice house with heated pool. Quiet neighborhood with shopping and restaurants nearby. Beaches are a drive and the water pressure was low while pool was serviced. Probably should have the service done after short term clients leave. ”

“This was our first time traveling to Florida. We were very impressed. Anytime we needed to chat with the management they quickly responded and even had new Keurig delivered to the house when the one they had for us broke. Very quiet neighbourhood. Loved the pool and sitting by the canal. The house was very clean and was full of everything you needed. Grocery stores weren’t far away. We will definitely will be coming back. ”

“We met our son and family for a visit before seeing our grandson perform in the broadway play in Ft Myers 20 miles away without having to stay in the larger more expensive area. The neighborhood was beautiful, and within walking distance to restaurants. The property was well maintained and safe. The host was easy to communicate with. The one thing we did not have was enough silverware which the host may not even be aware of. This property deserves an excellent rating.”

“Overall the stay was pretty good. It wasn't the cleanest place, but nothing was extraordinarily dirty. The pool did start getting a bit gross by the end of the stay. There was also a stop construction immediately sign on the house that was a bit sketchy. We had two issues during our stay. One was taken care of immediately and the other was pushed aside and ignored. The hosts were generally responsive apart from that one issue.”
