“The home is not clean, with cockroaches in the house, only a couple of plates and cups, and no silverware. The home is in a bad neighborhood, we heard multiple gunshots and screaming outside in the neighborhood. We ended up leaving the 2nd day and found a much better home. The owner has refused to refund and has not communicated with us.”

“Fantastic property in Cape Coral. We unfortunately battled Tropical Storm Betty but still managed to squeeze in a lot of hot tub & pool time. Close to Fort Meyers Beach & Sanibel Island, our other favs. Would definitely come back! ”

“The house is a bit older, but very well maintained. The overall layout is super, the kitchen well equipped and the furniture is comfortable. We especially appreciated the large, covered outdoor area. The pool and spa functioned very well.Overall, we had a great stay! Highly recommend this place which offers great «value for money».”
