“Property was very well presented and excellent condition. Excellent view of Babcock National 10th hole, Babcock Lake and Founder Square across the lake. Owner was excellent to communicate with and checked with us part way thru our stay to see that all was going well. Membership transfer at Babcock National was helpful feature. Only downside was that stay was fairly expensive as beside base rental fee, Babcock Ranch charged for many amentities and eating establishments at Babcock Ranch were……

“This condo was one of if not the nicest condo we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in many.Well stocked, anything you could need if you like to cook. Furnishings were lovely, bed was very comfortable. Plenty of towels and sheets to use and a washing machine & dryer! Lovely grounds as well. There were 2 swimming pools, one at each end of the development, easy to access.The only downside for me was that you needed a car to go to anything. I prefer the ability to walk to some eateries or stores.But……

“The property definitely exceeded expectations. The layout of the place is perfect and whatever we needed was available.We were able to see dolphins and manatee right from the lanai. The pool was wonderful and the neighbors were all very friendly and helpful with recommendations. There is so much to do in this area and great restaurants close by. The owner is very helpful and was even able to get us in a day early.”

“The condo unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit located within an approximately 22 unit building in cape corral. The exterior of the building presents nicely and is well landscaped. There is underground parking that is well lit and safe. The unit itself is a fully remodeled two bedroom two bath unit overlooking a canal in Cape Coral. The unit is fresh and clearly has been entirely renovated in the past year. The furnishings are modern, clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was very nice as was……
