“Ryan at the front Desk was great. He upgraded us to the 23rd floor room. The only thing that did not happen was the turn down service but I think this was an oversight. No big deal. Overall this hotel is great and location is excellent. Very clean and upscale hotel. I loved it.”

“Justin was a kind, friendly and helpful check-in guy. So was Ryan. The girl with braids we checked out with was a bit curt. Breakfast staff was super friendly and helpful. The gentleman that held up the lid so I could help myself to the scrambled eggs and the guy who brought me turkey sausage--cheers for your kindness. Maintenance guy was very polite as well. Place was clean and overall a great experience. Pool was warm which stinks because it's the one time I didn't have time to swim!……

“We actually loved the hotel property and rooms. Great views and very nice, spacious setup. The surrounding area is a little spotty, particularly where there are main bus stops, but some pretty parts of downtown are right there as well and very nice. Very easy to get around town and to local amenities, and surprisingly easy traffic patterns versus what we expected. Great place to stay for a short visit.”

“Michael, the bartender was great!! Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was an issue. We ordered for 8:30am. We waited until 9:00. We said something and they didn’t make our order a priority after making the mistake. I left some clothing in the room and they called me immediately to shop it to my home. Thank you for that!”
