“I booked this hotel because of the birth of my grandbaby. From the time that I walked up to the desk to check in and when I checked out, I had nothing but wonderful experiences. The hotel is so clean, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable! There was a stove and little kitchen in my room. The customer service is and was over the top! Excellent customer service! “We found the both desk clerks were great. They were both knowledge, courteous and helpful We encountered several problems. 1) We were unable to regulate the room temperature. It was a cold night but our room was extremely hot. We resorted to turning off the heat entirely. 2) There was no hot water for showers at 7 am, so we had to forgo our morning showers. ”

“We stayed here after a Kansas State football game because there was nothing else available. The negatives: the motel is extremely outdated, there are trains traveling through close by in the middle of the night, the bedspread had cigarette burns in it, no shampoo/conditioner/hair dryer, no hand towels, the ceiling light fixtures were disgusting, hardly any electrical outlets. The positives: no bed bugs, the bathroom and floors overall were clean, shower water was hot.”
