“This is the second time I have stayed here in the past 6 months. Here is my experience: 1. One person in particular was quite friendly at check in (4pmish) and one was not. At check-out (10:45ish), the single person was not friendly nor helpful with a concern I had. 2. I am an older traveler and requested a room with a toilet grab bar and shower grab bar. “It starts when you pull in to the lot, nice and clean. Then walking in I was greeted with a hello and a smile, still acknowledging me as they were attending to another traveler. There was no delay in finding my reservation of making my payment. I asked for a recommendation for a good restaurant nearby and I was very pleased with their recommendation. “The tv in room 201 didn’t work. It would turn on for a couple of seconds and the picture would disappear. When I called the front desk they are aware if this. REPLACE the tvs then. We have small children and we’re expecting a tv. ”

“Unfortunately, we were there during a blizzard and didn't have an opportunity to explore the grounds. Room was very spacious and had everything we would need. The furniture ( dressers and living room furniture) however is quite cheap and could easily be broken or damaged. ”
