“Staff real friendly. The room was relatively clean with a minor exception in bathtub. I was given a disability access room, I did not like the shower. The temperature of water would not allow me to select a higher (hotter) temp for water and the water pressure was awful in the shower. I surmise because it was designed for limited mobility folks.”

“ they take you through a maze of parking lots. Very Disappointed that the hot tub was broken. Don't use it as an amenity if you're not going to maintain it! Nice hotel! Great rooms! Shower door leaked, but that just required an extra towel. Incredible breakfast! Good fitness room. Staff was very friendly! ”

“i liked everything, very typical and equally run for a Hampton. I personally think the beds could have been more comfortable, no worries however!!”

“In town for a basketball tournament for the weekend. Check in was quick and easy. Rosemary was the best! Only issues I had with my room was that it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned from the previous guest. There was dog hair on the couch. Found a dog bone underneath the table and someone’s sock was left between mattress and the wall of the bed. I brought it to Rosemary’s attention and she immediately went into action. She got my entire bedding changed, cleaned the couch, removed the sock and dog bone.……

“I have stayed here a handful of times the last 2 or 3 years and each time it is clean, friendly staff and very close to tons of shopping, restaurants and amenities. The last 3 or so times ive stayed (several months apart) ive had the same long haired gentleman check me in and the same very kind middle aged attendant at breakfast. The fact that this place has consistent staff that are always exceptionally kind and courteous really takes the cake for me and brings me back.”
