“This is the second time I have stayed here in the past 6 months. Here is my experience: 1. One person in particular was quite friendly at check in (4pmish) and one was not. At check-out (10:45ish), the single person was not friendly nor helpful with a concern I had. 2. I am an older traveler and requested a room with a toilet grab bar and shower grab bar. “Everything was super clean, the evening desk clerk was great. The day one didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in, so the evening desk clerk, who was waiting to come on duty, saying that I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes so she helped me it wasn’t even time for her to work yet.
