“This is the second time I have stayed here in the past 6 months. Here is my experience: 1. One person in particular was quite friendly at check in (4pmish) and one was not. At check-out (10:45ish), the single person was not friendly nor helpful with a concern I had. 2. I am an older traveler and requested a room with a toilet grab bar and shower grab bar. I was accommodated, but surprised that the tub was not equipped with anti-slip strips. I suggested at check-out that perhaps the……

“Everything was super clean, the evening desk clerk was great. The day one didn’t even acknowledge me when I came in, so the evening desk clerk, who was waiting to come on duty, saying that I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes so she helped me it wasn’t even time for her to work yet. It would’ve been great just to be acknowledged.”

“The property was convenient and right off the highway. We were disappointed that if the room was for 6 people there were not enough towels, plates, glasses, cups, and eating utensils for 6 people. Also the pool was very cold, could have been a little warmer for the middle of winter.”
