“The room was comfortable, and the ac worked well. The young man who checked me in was very nice. I told the morning clerk when I checked out that the toilet was gurgling all night which made it hard to sleep as there was no white noise to cover up the sound. At one point I went into the bathroom to investigate and there was a bowl full of bubbles in the toilet.”

“We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times for basketball stuff. The last time we stayed, things were mostly good. I think the only thing that went wrong was never getting towels I requested. This time, was mostly good. There’s some discrepancy in the pool hours. Online it says 10, but signs by the pool say a later time. Another boy that stayed there said he stayed until 11 the first night but they were told to leave the pool at. 10:30. Not a big deal but consistency would be nice. Beware of the……

“The beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept well. Rooms were reasonably clean. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were very helpful. Breakfast was sparse but my child liked it. Condition of the hotel - not sure if it’s being renovated or what but it was not in great shape and smelled mildewy. The pool area was not very clean and smelled weird, although the pool itself was very clean and kids had a great time. Would probably stay again. ”

“In town for a basketball tournament for the weekend. Check in was quick and easy. Rosemary was the best! Only issues I had with my room was that it wasn’t thoroughly cleaned from the previous guest. There was dog hair on the couch. Found a dog bone underneath the table and someone’s sock was left between mattress and the wall of the bed. I brought it to Rosemary’s attention and she immediately went into action. She got my entire bedding changed, cleaned the couch, removed the sock and dog bone.……
